The LORD impressed on my heart to carve out a section of my blog to share what I am thankful for. I started it on a Thursday and decided to call it "Thankful Thursday." Each week I share what I am thankful for. Come back each week so we can count our blessings together.
I wanted a journaling Bible for a while now. At first I could only find journaling Bibles in NIV and other versions. My favorite version of the Bible is King James Version but I do use other translations in cross-referencing and studying, but I really wanted a KJV journaling Bible. One day I was on my phone and I saw a message from Bible Journaling Ministries that said that the Praise Creative Journaling Bible was on sale for a really great price. She had an affiliate link and so I shared it with my daughter and husband and told them I really wanted that Bible. My husband told his mom and she bought it for me and gave it to me when I got to Indiana!

I know it's already the end of the first week in January and I haven't touched it but it's because we have moved and we are not in our home yet. We are staying with family so when I get in my new home I will share lots more about this Bible, but probably I will do that on my YouTube channel. I am very thankful for my new Bible and I am so excited to get to use it soon!

I am blessed to have access to God's Word anytime I want. I have the YouVersion Bible app on my phone. This is a free app and it has the entire Bible in one app on my phone. I can read from any version I like and I can also listen as the Bible is read to me. I have study plans and it's wonderful. I have compact Bibles, large Bibles, thin Bibles, and even miniature Bibles. I love God's Word and I am thankful for this new Bible to add to my collection!
